Initial Evaluation — $650
Includes a 60-minute in-person psychiatric evaluation and up to 30 minutes of review of prior records, laboratory results, imaging studies, or other relevant clinical information provided before the appointment.
Follow-Up Appointments
30-minute follow-up — $300
60-minute follow-up — $600
Insurance
This is an out-of-network private-pay practice. Dr. McLafferty does not participate in any insurance networks.
Patients may receive documentation that can be submitted to insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement varies by plan, and patients should contact their insurance carrier directly regarding their benefits.
New Patient Process

If the practice appears to be a good fit, you will receive next-step instructions.
Individuals who move forward with care will complete registration and intake through the patient portal.
The initial evaluation is scheduled after registration and payment.
A physician-patient relationship is established only after completion of the intake process and mutual agreement to begin treatment.
Scope of Practice
This practice is not an emergency service and does not provide crisis intervention or after-hours coverage.
This practice is not designed for individuals requiring intensive outpatient, residential, or inpatient treatment.
Dr. McLafferty does not provide disability evaluations, FMLA certification, emotional support animal letters, custody-related evaluations, school accommodation documentation, or other medico-legal services.
